1. External Injection Steel Plastic Composite Tube:
Comprises of plastic layer, binding layer and steel tube. The binding layer between the plastic layer and steel tube binds these tow layers in a seamless condition through special technique. The biggest advantage is that it solves the problem of insufficient corrosion resistance in the pressure steel tube as well as insufficient pressure resistance in the corrosion resistance plastic tube. The tube ends are sealed to isolater the internal wall from air and moisture so that the steel tube is not subject to rusting, which makes sure the tube service life is up to 10 years under normal condition. It features aging resistance, high internsity, rust-free, odor-free, toxic-free, low cost and easy to install. It is the ideal tube for greenhouse, telecom engineering, operation platform and various of brackets.
Composite metal plastic tube(greenhouse) has the following advantage over galvanized steel tube(greenhouse):
1) NO rusting on tube surface. Both ends are sealed with rubber plugs to isolate air and moisture, which makes sure its service life is longer than 10 years without special maintenance.
2) Connection fittings are specially designed and some fittings are plastic coated to have better resistance against corrosion adn rusting; single joint is uesd to connect all fittings and the installation is very easy.
3) Apart from making sure the steel tube framework has sufficent strngth, it also significantly increases the framework¡¯s toughness with high resistance against wind and snow.
